I'm the founder of Alexandra Taverner | Collective and the creator of ADHD Mapped - an ADHD Blueprint Framework and ever-growing community for creative and neurodivergent female business owners.
I mentor creative and ADHD business owners across the UK, and my passion lies in helping them build businesses that showcase their creativity to the fullest. That means supporting them to embrace who they are and to work with their brains, not against them - developing not just business progress, but the resilience, confidence, and grit that sustain it.
As a late-diagnosed ADHD business owner myself, I know all too well the struggles creative and neurodivergent women face juggling life while building something of their own. My mentoring is about replacing chaos with confidence, through methods that are tried, tested, and built for how our minds actually work.
My background is in beauty therapy and aesthetics, where I've built and run a business for over two decades. I'm an experienced, highly qualified educator and assessor - I've trained hundreds of learners across the UK, written extensive accredited and regulated training materials, reviewed and updated regulated content with awarding organisations, led departments, and taught everyone from complete beginners to advanced aesthetics practitioners and educators.

ADHD MAPPED
From Survival to Self Authorship
ADHD Mapped is my signature framework for creative and neurodivergent women in business and leadership, but it didn't start as a framework. It started as survival.
For nearly two decades I built businesses while battling something I had no name for. I was the capable one, the powerhouse, running on a pressure button and quietly being hard on myself for struggling with things I couldn't even see. Without realising it, I was building my own systems to work around it all, routines, boundaries, workarounds, one after another.
A month before I turned forty, I was diagnosed with combined ADHD. And when I looked back, I saw what I'd actually been doing all those years: mapping my own ADHD, long before I had the words for it. I lived it before I could label it.
That's what ADHD Mapped is built on. Not theory from a textbook, nearly twenty years of lived, self-tested method, turned into a structured, four-pillar approach: Symptoms, Strengths, Structure, Strategy. It takes you from survival to self-authorship, and leaves you with your own personalised ADHD Blueprint built around how your brain actually works, and yours to return to for life.
Not a fix. A map.
ADHD Mapped is supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, which means I can offer funded places to women who might otherwise never get access to this kind of support.
