    Product: Editable digital training manual/template files (“the Templates”) supplied by Alexandra Taverner | Collective
    Effective date: Date of purchase

    1) License grant

    Upon purchase, Alexandra Taverner | Collective grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and edit the Templates for the purchaser’s own business/training use, subject to the terms below.

    2) Permitted use 

    You may:

    • Edit, rebrand, and customise the Templates (text, colours, layout, logo) for your own business/academy.

    • Use the Templates to create learner handouts/manuals for your own students/clients.

    • Print and/or distribute finished PDFs/manuals to your own learners as part of your course delivery.

    • Use the Templates across your own business locations under the same legal entity (if applicable).

    3) Prohibited use 

    You may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or transfer the Templates (or any part of them) to any third party.

    • Share the editable files or template link (e.g., Canva share link) with other trainers, academies, or students.

    • Use the Templates to create products for sale, including “template packs”, “manual bundles”, or any derivative templates.

    • Claim the Templates as your own original work or remove any included copyright notice.

    • Upload the Templates (editable or export formats) to marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or “resource libraries” accessible outside your organisation.

    4) Single-user vs multi-user use 

    Single Academy/Business License (recommended)
    This purchase covers use within one business/legal entity only. Contractors or staff may use the Templates only while working for the licensed business and must not retain copies after leaving.

    5) Intellectual property

    All Templates remain the intellectual property of Alexandra Taverner | Collective. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying content/design.

    6) Compliance responsibility and disclaimer

    The Templates are provided for general educational and informational purposes. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, and suitable for their treatments, insurance conditions, local authority requirements, and any awarding body/accreditation standards. No guarantees are made as legislation, regulations, and industry guidance may change.

    7) Updates

    Option A — No updates included.

    8) Refunds (digital products)

    Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not normally offered once the files/template link have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of proven technical fault.

    9) Breach and termination

    If the purchaser breaches these terms, the license may be terminated immediately and the purchaser must delete all copies of the Templates. Alexandra Taverner | Collective reserves the right to pursue remedies for unauthorised distribution or resale.

    10) Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless you prefer to specify the UK generally).
